The unique point of the RFC Vietnam Tournament is the combination of the outstanding off-road capability of the professional racing format with the beautiful, challenging natural terrain of Quang Binh.
On October 15, in Dong Hoi City, the Department of Culture and Sports of Quang Binh Province in coordination with the Hanoi Off-Road Car Club organized the Opening Ceremony of the RFC Vietnam-Quang Binh International Off-Road Car Racing Tournament 2023.
The tournament brings together 30 racers from provinces, cities and some regions around the world. The tournament lasts until October 21 with 25 stages of complex and diverse terrain such as the Bao Ninh sandy beach (Dong Hoi city) or the mountainous areas, streams, forests in the West of Le Thuy district and Quang Ninh district.
The event is part of the RFC International Off-Road Racing System, which has a history of nearly 30 years and is present in more than 30 countries and territories; it is ranked by automotive magazines as one of the top 5 best off-road races in the world, after the prestigious Baja race in the US or Dakar in France.
Quang Binh has had the honor of organizing this race twice with the Hanoi City Off-Road Car Club, contributing to promoting international destinations such as Son Doong Cave, World Natural Heritage Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park...

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Quang Binh province Le Phu Son said that the RFC Vietnam-Quang Binh International Off-Road Car Race 2023 is an important opportunity for the province to expand cooperation and cultural, sports and tourism exchanges with domestic and international friends.
This is also an opportunity for Quang Binh to convey the hospitality and friendliness of its people, as well as the majestic natural beauty that few places have, to friends from all over the country and the world.
