On the morning of December 8, 2 tractor-trailers and 1 truck collided on Highway 38, through Ngoc Lien commune (Cam Giang, Hai Duong), causing a long traffic jam on Highway 38.
At around 5:20 a.m. on December 8, Mr. TTM, born in 1989 in Dong Trieu City (Quang Ninh), was driving a tractor 15C-251.23 pulling a trailer 15R-136.97 on National Highway 38 from Cam Giang to Bac Ninh. When he reached Binh Phien village, Ngoc Lien commune (Cam Giang), he crashed into the back of a truck 98C-146.37 driven by Mr. NMV, born in 1993 in Vinh Bao district (Hai Phong) traveling in the same direction. The collision pushed the truck forward and crashed into the back of a tractor 15H-053.23 pulling a trailer 15R-184.37 driven by Mr. NTH, born in 1989 in Ninh Giang, which was waiting for a train.
As a result, Mr. V. was injured and taken to Bac Ninh General Hospital for emergency treatment. Three cars were damaged, with estimated damage of more than 100 million VND.
