On the morning of October 17, at the Dong Xu Cultural Center, the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Duong City held a conference to honor "Outstanding Citizens", commend "Dong Thanh People - Good words, good actions" and award prizes to 4 contests for creating artistic works about the city.
