Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee commends 12 officials who retired early

On the morning of February 28, at the meeting of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee commended and rewarded 12 cadres who voluntarily retired early to facilitate the arrangement of the organizational apparatus.
