Since May 15, Thanh Ha District Police have been conducting a special campaign to patrol and control traffic safety and order, and handle teenagers driving motorbikes and scooters that violate traffic safety and order.
During the month of implementing the project (from May 15 to June 15), Thanh Ha District Police fined 33 young people, students, and pupils for violating traffic safety, with a total fine of nearly 26 million VND, and temporarily detained 21 vehicles. Of these, 28 were not wearing helmets while participating in traffic, 17 were not registering their vehicles, and many other violations.
On June 14 alone, from 8-11 p.m., the Traffic Police Team (Thanh Ha District Police) coordinated with the Police of several communes and towns to patrol and control, drawing up records and administratively sanctioning 6 young men for not wearing helmets and not having a driver's license.
The topic "Young people driving motorbikes and mopeds violating traffic safety" was deployed by Thanh Ha District Police from May 15 to September 15 to prevent traffic violations among young people and students. Along with that, the District Police will check alcohol and drug levels for violators. For students and students who violate, notices will be sent to schools for coordination and education.
