The Department of Information and Communications is displaying nearly 2,000 books in the fields of culture, history, science and technology, etc., many of which introduce the land and people of Hai Duong and the cultural value of relics and tourist attractions in the province, at two pavilions.

From March 30 to April 1, the 38th Giam Pagoda Festival commemorating Great Physician, Zen Master Tue Tinh lured thousands of visitors and locals to musical exchanges, a festival of flower garlands and colored lanterns, quan ho (love duet) singing, volleyball, Chinese chess, and badminton tournaments, etc.
