Recently, a video clip has been circulating on social media recording images of a truck going in the wrong direction on Provincial Road 391 near the intersection of Vo Van Kiet Avenue and Provincial Road 391, through Ngoc Son Commune (Hai Duong City).
Many people have expressed outrage at the truck driver's disregard for the law.
The image was recorded by a camera at 9:31 a.m. on July 20. The truck was traveling from Vo Van Kiet Avenue through the intersection and went the wrong way onto Road 391, causing a dangerous traffic situation for other vehicles moving in the right direction.
The act of driving in the wrong direction by trucks violates the Road Traffic Law and poses a very high risk of traffic accidents.
