How to make a stone bench with gambling advertising printed on it

At some food and grocery stores along Provincial Road 391 through Ngoc Son Commune (Hai Duong City) and wedding photography along National Highway 37 through Nghia An Commune (Ninh Giang), there are stone benches with advertisements for illegal online gambling.

The method of the subjects is to go to business establishments and offer to install, give away for free or make cheap stone benches. Then, they print the name of the illegal online gambling site on the stone benches. Because they do not pay attention or lack information about this activity, the owners of the establishments do not object.

In Tu Ky, some restaurants and grocery stores have had their signs posted advertising online gambling pages removed and dismantled after Hai Duong newspaper reported it.

This is a disguised advertising activity, attracting players to gamble online, potentially causing illegal activities, negatively affecting local security and order.

This activity may have occurred in many other places without being detected.

Gambling and football betting are strictly prohibited in all forms. According to Article 33 of Decree 38/2021/ND-CP on administrative sanctions for violations in the fields of culture and advertising, advertising prohibited goods and services can be fined from 70-100 million VND. Competent authorities require organizations and individuals to voluntarily remove and delete gambling and football betting advertisements.
