At that time, car 29LD-063.64 driven by Mr. NKC, born in 1990, Gia Binh town, Gia Binh district (Bac Ninh) was traveling on National Highway 38 in the direction of Hai Duong - Bac Ninh. When reaching km 23+350, National Highway 38 in Dong Dong village, Cam Hung commune (Cam Giang), collided with motorbike 99F1 - 04226 driven by Ms. G. going in the opposite direction. After that, truck 99C-239.45 driven by Mr. NVT, born in 1986, Ninh Xa ward, Thuan Thanh town (Bac Ninh) traveling in the same direction behind car 29LD-063.64 also collided with motorbike 99F1 - 04226.
