At 7:40 a.m. on October 12, on district road DH 01 in Ve village, Dong Tam commune, Ninh Giang district (Hai Duong), a traffic accident occurred, killing one person.

Initial information obtained by Hai Duong Newspaper reporters, at the above time, Mr. Duong Van Khoa (born in 2006, residing in Yen Son commune, Bao Yen district, Lao Cai) was riding motorbike 24P4-0495 in the direction of Tan Huong to Ninh Giang town.
Mr. Khoa was carrying Mr. Dang Xuan Thanh (born in 2006, residing in Duong Quang commune, My Hao town, Hung Yen) and Mr. Nguyen Minh H. (born in 2000, from Lao Cai). Mr. Khoa's vehicle collided with Ms. Nguyen Thi Nghiep (born in 1960, residing in Dong Xuyen commune, Ninh Giang district) riding a bicycle in the opposite direction.
The accident left Mr. H. dead at the scene. The incident is being investigated by authorities.
