Georgia, Ukraine and Poland are the final names to qualify for Germany to attend the EURO 2024 Finals.
The EURO 2024 finals have officially determined the 24 participating teams after the play-off finals ended in the early morning of March 27.
Georgia, Ukraine and Poland are the final names to participate in the biggest football festival in Europe at the national team level.
Georgia made history by qualifying for the EURO Finals for the first time after defeating Greece.
Georgia were underdogs but played impressively. They held Greece to a 0-0 draw after 120 minutes before defeating their opponents 4-2 in a lucky penalty shootout.
Heading to Germany, Georgia will be drawn in Group F alongside Turkey, Portugal and the Czech Republic.
Along with Georgia, Poland also drew 0-0 with Wales in 120 minutes, then won dramatically 5-4 in the penalty shootout.
Having the honor of participating in EURO for the 5th time, Poland will fall into a very difficult group - Group D - with the teams of Netherlands, France and Austria.
Meanwhile, Ukraine beat Iceland 2-1 in 90 minutes, thanks to goals from Viktor Tsygankov and Mykhailo Mudryk.
This is the 5th time in history that Ukraine has participated in EURO after doing the same at EURO 2012, 2016 and 2020.
Ukraine is in Group E at EURO 2024 with Belgium, Slovakia and Romania.
Previously, 21 teams qualified to participate in the EURO 2024 Finals held in Germany were determined.
Along with host Germany, 20 teams have qualified, including Belgium, France, Portugal, Scotland, Spain, Turkey, Austria, England, Hungary, Slovakia, Albania, Denmark, Netherlands, Romania, Switzerland, Serbia, Czech Republic, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia.
The Euro 2024 finals will be held at 10 German stadiums over a month, from June 14 to July 14.
24 teams are divided into 6 groups, playing a round robin to calculate points.
After the group stage, the top two teams in each group and the four best third-placed teams will advance to the round of 16.
The final will take place at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin on July 14 next year.
