The Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee has decided to administratively fine Very Vina Company Limited (in Dong Truc area, Quang Phuc commune, Tu Ky) 240 million VND for violations in the field of environmental protection.
On March 19, the authorities inspected and discovered that the company's wastewater had 3 parameters exceeding the technical standards for waste, including Coliform parameter exceeding 2,200 times; NH4 + -N parameter exceeding 7.35 times; BOD5 parameter exceeding 1.48 times. The company discharged wastewater onto land area 03 in the field behind. For this action, Very Vina Company Limited was fined 225 million VND.
