Vietnam Airlines offers more than 7.3 million seats during peak summer season

To meet the travel demand this summer, from June 1 to August 15, Vietnam Airlines Group (including Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines and VASCO) will provide more than 7.3 million seats on its entire domestic and international flight network.

During peak periods, airlines will operate nearly 500 flights per day, an increase of approximately 30% compared to normal.

The busiest domestic routes are those connecting famous tourist destinations, such as between Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City with Da Nang, Con Dao, Hue, Quy Nhon, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Phu Quoc, etc. On international routes, the destinations with the most flights are Japan, Korea and Thailand.

Vietnam Airlines Group has recorded a rapid increase in the number of bookings, with many flights during the peak summer season having more than half of their seats filled. The airlines have implemented a flexible fare policy, with many prices ranging from economical to flexible, suitable for customers' spending ability and diverse service needs.

Vietnam Airlines Group recommends that passengers book tickets earlier than the expected departure date to have more flight options, as well as increase the possibility of purchasing attractive ticket prices.

In addition, passengers should use self-check-in methods before the flight to save time such as: automatic check-in, via website www.vietnamairlines.com, mobile application (mobile check-in), telephone (telephone check-in) or at self-check-in counters (kiosk check-in). Passengers should be present at the airport 2 hours before departure for domestic flights, 3 hours before departure for international flights to complete the procedures.
