The People's Committee of Cam Giang district (Hai Duong) has decided to fine Mr. Pham Van Cong in Dinh Son commune 60 million VND for violating traffic safety corridors and irrigation works in Cam Hoang commune.
Mr. Pham Van Cong was born in 1974, residing in Bang Quan village, Dinh Son commune (Cam Giang). Mr. Cong occupied road land and road traffic safety corridor at km 6+370 of provincial road 394C to build a house; built a solid house within the protection area of the irrigation project of canal T5, Van Thai pumping station. Both violations were in Cam Hoang commune (in the same district of Cam Giang).
Cam Hoang Commune People's Committee inspected, made a record of violations and mobilized the removal of all violations.
