Ukraine releases satellite images of attack that destroyed Russia's Shahed UAV depot

On June 23, the Ukrainian Navy's Telegram account released satellite images showing that they had destroyed a warehouse storing Shahed unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation.

According to the Ukrainian Navy, the above-mentioned strike operation was carried out in coordination with the Security Service of Ukraine and the latest satellite images confirmed the destruction of the launch preparation sites and storage facilities for Shahed-136/Geran-2 drones, training buildings, control and communication centers for these UAVs located in the Krasnodar Territory.

In addition to ammunition, the Ukrainian Navy confirmed the elimination of a number of qualified instructors who trained forces involved in launching Shahed UAVs and a number of cadets to attack Ukrainian territory using Iranian-made unmanned systems.

On June 23, the Ukrainska Pravda newspaper quoted a report from the Ukrainian General Staff as saying that on the night of June 20-21, the Ukrainian armed forces attacked locations used to store Russian drones.

In another development, the Ukrainian state news agency Ukrinform reported that on the night of June 22, the Air Defense Forces shot down 12 missiles and 13 suicide drones launched by the Russian Federation army to attack important infrastructure in regions of Ukraine.
