Subject Tran Thi Ngoc Anh was accused of appropriating nearly 4 billion VND but then did not deliver the goods according to the contract.

On May 7, Hanoi City Police said that the unit is investigating and verifying the complaint against Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Anh (born in 1974, from Hai Duong; permanent residence: Room 12G, Cau Tien high-rise apartment and service building, Thinh Liet ward, Hoang Mai district) for abusing trust to appropriate property.
According to the complaint, through signing the contract, the subject appropriated nearly 4 billion VND but then did not deliver the goods according to the contract. The subject's current whereabouts are unknown.
To serve the investigation, Hai Ba Trung District Police decided to search for the above subject.
Anyone who knows information about the subject should immediately report to the Investigation Police Agency of Hai Ba Trung District Police (phone: 0962218102), the nearest police agency or provide information via the Facebook page of Hanoi City Police to coordinate in handling the case according to regulations.
