To Hieu Primary School (Hai Duong City) was awarded the emulation flag by the Provincial People's Committee for its excellent performance in the patriotic emulation movement of the education and training sector in the 2023-2024 school year.

On the morning of November 18, To Hieu Primary School celebrated the 42nd anniversary of Vietnamese Teachers' Day (November 20, 1982 - November 20, 2024) and received the Excellent Emulation Flag of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee.

In the 2023-2024 school year, the school's staff and teachers continued to unite, promote internal strength, complete and exceed the school year's targets, and at the same time, become an outstanding collective of the Department of Education and Training of Hai Duong City. 100% of students completed the assessment of qualities and abilities, 98% of students completed excellently and well in knowledge and skills of subjects, exceeding the set targets.

The school is a leading unit in digital transformation and library work, which has successfully organized many provincial and city-level seminars on library construction; it is the first unit in the city to implement cross-border library linkages. The school is also the only unit in Hai Duong province with the largest number of Microsoft global creative education experts in the province.

The school's teaching staff is solid in expertise, passionate about their profession, and experienced; actively innovates and creates teaching, testing, and assessment methods in the direction of promoting students' qualities and abilities, meeting the requirements of innovation in the 2018 general education program.
