With 2 gold medals and 1 silver medal, Hai Duong University won the Sports Competition for officials and party members of the Party Committee of Hai Duong Province's agencies.

On the afternoon of October 18, the 2024 Sports Tournament for officials and party members of the Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Agencies Bloc closed at Hai Duong Sports Gymnasium, after 2 days of competition.

Attending the closing ceremony were comrade Nguyen Quang Phuc, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee and leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors.

Before the closing ceremony, the semi-finals and finals of badminton and tug of war took place. Held again after a 16-year hiatus, the Sports Tournament for officials and party members of the Party Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Agencies Bloc received enthusiastic responses from 43 party cells and party committees under the Party Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Agencies Bloc.

Hai Duong Clean Water Trading Joint Stock Company team won the tug of war after defeating the Construction Investment Project Management Board team with a score of 2-0.

There were over 500 athletes, including many leaders of departments, agencies, and sectors competing in 3 sports: badminton, table tennis, and tug of war. At this tournament, tug of war with 28 participating teams attracted great attention and cheering from fans.

Many teams with a tradition in tug of war such as Hai Duong Clean Water Business Joint Stock Company, Construction Investment Project Management Board, Hai Duong Electricity One Member Co., Ltd., Provincial People's Court, Provincial Social Insurance, Provincial Tax Department... all made it deep into the tournament. Before the tournament, many teams had invested in hiring coaches for a long time to practice.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the tournament was organized thoughtfully, in accordance with the law, creating a useful and healthy playground, creating cohesion between cadres and party members of the Party cells and party committees under the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong Province. This is the premise for the Party Committee of the Bloc of Agencies of Hai Duong Province to organize the tournament in the following years.

- Men's doubles group 2 (subject B): Nguyen Van Hoa - Luong Hoang Hai (Provincial Social Insurance).

- Men's doubles group 3 (subject B): Nguyen Van Hinh - Vu Van Khoai (Department of Health).

- Women's doubles: Dao Thi Hong Lam - Tran Thi Phuong (Provincial Post Office)

- Men's and women's pairs group 2 (subject B): Le Van Hoa - Nguyen Thi Kim Que (Provincial Tax Department).

Ping pong:

- Men's singles (participant A): Tang The Toan (Hai Duong University).

- Men's singles group 2 (subject B): Doan Van Khanh (Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism)
