In a statement, a spokesperson for China's Ministry of Commerce stressed that the US National Trade Estimate Report on Foreign Trade Barriers released on March 29 "does not provide any evidence to prove that China's relevant policies and practices violate World Trade Organization (WTO) regulations," while accusing China of adopting "non-market" policies and practices and barriers in data and agricultural product policies.
