Currently, contractors for the Tan An Bridge project connecting Chi Linh City with Nam Sach District (Hai Duong) and the approach road are simultaneously implementing 3 construction phases. The other 2 construction phases cannot be implemented due to site clearance problems.
According to the progress of the investment project to build Tan An bridge and the connecting road to National Highway 18 (Chi Linh), contractors must simultaneously deploy 5 construction teams including 2 bridge construction teams and 3 road construction teams.
However, currently, the construction unit is only carrying out 3 construction projects, including 1 project to build the bridge on the Nam Sach side and 2 projects to build the road on the Chi Linh side.
The construction of the road from the intersection of National Highway 18 and the construction of abutments M1, pier T1, and girder casting yard in the dike on the Chi Linh side have not been implemented due to site clearance problems.
Construction units have completed drilling 9/85 bored piles at Tan An bridge and are excavating to construct the approach road.
The Tan An Bridge and approach road construction investment project has a total length of 3.485 km, passing through Chi Linh City and Nam Sach District, with a total investment of 600 billion VND. The project is invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
Phase 2023 - 2025, implementing the scale equal to half of the planning. Of which, Tan An Bridge will be built, more than 572 m long, 12 m wide; Phao Tan - An Bai Bridge, 54 m long, 12 m wide. The approach road will be of level III scale, roadbed width 12 m, road surface 11 m.
According to the signed contract, the project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025.
Currently, Nam Sach district has completed and handed over the entire area to serve the construction of 2.5 km in the project. There is 0.9 km of unhanded over land in Chi Linh city, related to 45 households (including 5 households with residential land, 40 households with converted land) and 2 organizations.
The investor and contractor requested Chi Linh City to urgently carry out site clearance work and hand over the project to the construction unit to ensure progress.
The Tan An Bridge and approach road construction project is being constructed by the Joint Venture of Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company No. 18 – Viet Hoa Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company – Ninh Binh Construction and Trading Company Limited – Viet A Electrical Construction and Industrial Development Consulting Joint Stock Company. The supervising consultant is the Northern Transport Construction Design Consulting Joint Stock Company.
