Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau has just signed a decision on the reorganization of the Hai Duong Provincial Traffic Safety Committee.
According to Decision No. 626/QD-UBND dated March 10, 2025 of the Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, the Hai Duong Provincial Traffic Safety Committee consists of 1 head, 1 permanent deputy head, 2 deputy heads and 23 members.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee is the Head of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, the Standing Deputy Head is the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in charge of the Department of Construction; the Deputy Heads are the Directors of the Department of Construction and the Deputy Directors of the Provincial Police in charge of the Traffic Police Department. The members of the committee are representatives of the leaders of departments, branches, agencies... in the province.
The Department of Construction is the standing agency of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, responsible for ensuring the operating conditions of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee; the headquarters of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee Office is located at the Department of Construction.
The functions, tasks and powers of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee are implemented according to Decision No. 1294/QD-UBND dated June 21, 2013 of the Provincial People's Committee. Members of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee perform their duties according to the operating regulations of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee.
