Storm No. 7 has weakened into a low pressure area over the coastal area of Binh Dinh-Phu Yen.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting this evening, November 12, the tropical depression (weakened from storm No. 7) has weakened into a low pressure area over the coastal area of Binh Dinh-Phu Yen.
At 7:00 p.m., the low pressure area was located at approximately 13.9 degrees north latitude; 109.4 degrees east longitude. The strongest wind in the center of the low pressure area was below level 6 (below 39 km/h).
It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, the low pressure area will continue to move mainly in the South-Southwest direction, weakening and gradually dissipating.
