On the afternoon of April 16, Hai Duong Provincial Library organized a talk on the topic "The value of 70 years of the historic Dien Bien Phu victory for the young generation in building and defending the Fatherland today".
Attending the talk were 120 officers and soldiers of the Hai Duong Provincial Military Command; officers and youth union members of the Hai Duong City Youth Union; teachers and students of Hong Quang High School and many readers.
At the talk, Lieutenant Colonel Phung Van Hanh, an officer of the Propaganda Department of Military Region 3, introduced the historical context, developments, results and significance of the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory that "resounded throughout the five continents and shook the world". Thereby, arousing national pride, patriotism, gratitude to the previous generation who sacrificed for the Fatherland, fostering the will to rise up for today's young generation...
The talk fueled the fire of patriotism and fighting spirit for today's youth.
