On the afternoon of October 25, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the Vietnamese high-ranking delegation returned to Hanoi, successfully concluding the working trip to attend the BRICS Leaders' Meeting in Kazan, Tatarstan Republic, Russian Federation, from October 23-24 at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, BRICS Chair in 2024.

The BRICS and BRICS Plus Summits were attended by leaders of 36 countries, regions and 6 international organizations. Of these, 22 delegations had representatives at the highest level, the level of heads of state. Along with the BRICS and BRICS Plus Summits, dozens of related events were held in Kazan on this occasion.
