In addition to urgently taking water for flooding, the province focuses on directing units operating irrigation works to instruct farmers to conserve water, not allowing water leakage or loss. At the same time, proactively store water on the main canal system. For the Kinh Mon onion and garlic area with late harvest, the province must develop a suitable water intake scenario.
