Hai Duong City People's Committee has announced the revocation of more than 12 hectares of land to build Hai Duong City's Ring Road I, from Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue to the expanded Dai An Industrial Park.

Hai Duong City People's Committee has announced the recovery of nearly 500 land plots from households and land managed by Lien Hong Commune People's Committee with a total area of ​​more than 12.3 hectares.

Of the total recovered land area, there are about 1,655 m2 rural residential land, the rest is rice land, traffic land, irrigation land, cemetery land...

On November 17, the Land Clearance Board of Hai Duong City coordinated with the People's Committee of Lien Hong Commune and households to investigate, survey, measure and count assets.

The Hai Duong City Ring Road I project, from the 62m road (Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue) to the Dai An Industrial Park expansion, starts at the intersection with Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue at km1+673 in Lien Hong Commune (Hai Duong City); ends at the Kim Son River overpass in Thong Nhat Commune (Gia Loc). The route is more than 3.6 km long, to be implemented in the period 2024 - 2027.

The project has a total investment capital of over 436 billion VND, invested by the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
