On the morning of August 23, this cloud area will continue to cause showers and possible thunderstorms in Hanoi's inner city; thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind. Warning level 1 for natural disaster risks due to tornadoes and lightning.

For the entire Northeast region, on the morning of August 23, this area will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall from 20-50mm, locally very heavy rain over 100mm. From the afternoon of August 23, heavy rain in the Northeast is likely to gradually decrease.
