In 2022, the town completed the project of making embankments and paving sidewalks from the town's martyrs' cemetery to Yen bridge, 1.5 km long, with a cost of about 9 billion VND. Traffic control systems, traffic lights, and signs are fully installed.

The town's economic growth rate is 8.4%/year. The economic and labor structure is shifting in the right direction. In 2022, the average income per capita will reach 65 million VND/person/year. The poverty rate is only 1.01%, lower than the overall poverty rate of the district. The cultural and social fields also have many positive changes. Tu Ky town is also a bright spot in the district in implementing a civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals.

Along with the concern for socio-economic development, the Town Party Committee focuses on consolidating and building a clean and strong political system. The locality pays attention to administrative reform, building e-government, digital economy, digital society, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses to access public services.

With the determination of the entire political system and the masses, Tu Ky town has so far completed 49 out of 56 criteria to meet civilized urban standards. The locality is making efforts to implement the remaining criteria to meet the standards by the end of 2024.
