Propaganda painting contest to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Party's founding

The contest aims to widely propagate to cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life about the nation's historical, cultural, and revolutionary traditions; educate political ideology, patriotism, national pride, and self-respect, affirm the steadfastness of the revolutionary path chosen by the Party, Uncle Ho, and our people; deepen the morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking water", and deep gratitude to our ancestors and celebrities who have contributed to building and defending the country.

At the same time, it arouses revolutionary heroism, the spirit of great solidarity, the will to be self-reliant, the aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country in accordance with the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party; fosters people's trust in the Party and State; affirms that the national renewal initiated and led by our Party is correct and creative.

Through propaganda posters to propagate, introduce and promote the country and people of Vietnam; encourage and motivate all levels, sectors, cadres, party members and people to strive to overcome difficulties and challenges, join hands and be determined to successfully implement the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the 13th National Congress of the Party.

With the theme: “The Communist Party of Vietnam - bravery, intelligence, prestige, innovation for national independence and socialism”, the entries have content to propagate the glorious historical tradition of the Communist Party of Vietnam; the great victories and great achievements of the country under the leadership of the Party; affirming the role, prestige, bravery, intelligence, leadership capacity, and fighting strength of the Party throughout the 95-year revolutionary journey...

Besides, there are works with propaganda content affirming that socialism is the goal and ideal of the Communist Party of Vietnam and our people; moving towards socialism is the right and wise choice of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and our people; works highlighting the great achievements of historical significance on the path to socialism of Vietnam, especially after nearly 40 years of implementing the country's renovation...

According to the regulations, professional and amateur artists, Vietnamese citizens and Vietnamese people residing abroad can participate in the contest. Each author can submit one or more works to the contest. The works must be recent creations, not submitted to other contests, and not published in any form.

The Organizing Committee accepts entries in two forms, via email or in person.

For works sent via email, each entry is a digital file, JPG format, clear quality, capacity from 5Mb - 10Mb, resolution 300dpi, ensuring printing size 54cm x 79cm or larger. The author clearly states personal information including: full name, year of birth, address, phone number, email of the author on the front bottom right of the entry, send to email address: phongttcd.vhcs@gmail.com.

For direct submission, the author sends the contest entry (size 54cm x 79cm), clearly stating the author's full name, year of birth, address, phone number, email on the back and sends it directly or by post to the Contest Organizing Committee at the address: Department of Advertising and Propaganda Management, Department of Grassroots Culture, No. 86A, Le Van Huu 3 Lane, Pham Dinh Ho Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City. The Organizing Committee will accept entries until October 11. The results of the contest will be announced to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Culture and Sports of provinces and centrally run cities, on mass media, and on the website: www.vhttcs.org.vn.

The Organizing Committee plans to award 1 first prize (worth 18 million VND), 2 second prizes (each worth 10 million VND), 3 third prizes (each worth 8 million VND), 10 consolation prizes (each worth 4 million VND) for outstanding works. In addition, the Organizing Committee will also award 1 movement prize (worth 10 million VND) to the unit that mobilizes many authors and many works of good quality to participate in the contest.

The competition's closing and award ceremony is expected to be held in December 2024.
