The attack on Al-Ahli Arabi Hospital in Gaza City, which is believed to have killed 500 people, has sparked outrage and condemnation from around the world.

According to Reuters news agency, the attack on the evening of October 17 targeting Al-Ahli Arabi Hospital in Gaza City has changed the plans for US President Joe Biden's visit to the Middle East.
Accordingly, Mr. Biden will only meet with Israeli leaders, instead of holding a summit with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in Jordan as previously planned.
In a message delivered while en route to Israel, the US president said he was “outraged” by the incident and announced that he had directed his national security team to gather more accurate information about what happened.
The Russian Foreign Ministry called the attack on Al-Ahli Arabi Hospital in Gaza City a shocking crime and demanded that Israel provide satellite images proving that the Jewish state did not attack the hospital.
Speaking to Radio Sputnik, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said the attack on the hospital in Gaza was a shocking “inhumane” crime.
According to the newspaperThe World(France), leaders from around the world unanimously condemned, while people in many countries held protests to protest the attack on Al-Ahli Arabi Hospital.
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres shared on X (Twitter) that he felt “horrified”, while emphasizing that hospitals and medical staff are protected under international human rights law.
Mr. Guterres also proposed declaring an “immediate” ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas conflict.
“Words cannot express our condemnation of today’s Israeli attack on a hospital in Gaza that left hundreds dead,” African Union (AU) chief Moussa Faki Mahamat said on social media X. Faki also called on the international community to take action.
European Council (EC) President Charles Michel said that targeting civilian infrastructure in the Gaza Strip was a violation of international law.
“The news from Al-Ahli Arabi Hospital in Gaza adds to the horror of the tragedy that has been unfolding before our eyes for days,” EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell wrote on social media.
Meanwhile, the World Health Organization (WHO) strongly condemned the attack, and demanded immediate protection and health care for civilians in the Gaza Strip.
French President Emmanuel Macron and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan also condemned the incident.
The Iran-backed Hezbollah militant group based in Lebanon accused Israel of attacking a hospital in Gaza City and called on people in the region to condemn the attack.
“Let tomorrow, Wednesday, be the Day of Rage,” Hezbollah, an ally of Hamas, said in a statement released on October 17.
Iran's IRNA news agency quoted Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi as warning that "the fire from the US-Israeli bombs will soon burn the Israeli people" after the attack on a hospital in Gaza City.

So far no one has claimed responsibility for the horrific attack.
Hamas blamed Israel for the devastating attack on a hospital in Gaza City. Israel said the hospital was hit by a rocket fired by Palestinian militant group Islamic Jihad.
According to Tuoi Tre
