Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu assessed that despite many difficulties, Hai Duong trade unions at all levels still carried out many practical activities for union members and workers, especially during the Tet holiday. This is a great source of encouragement and motivation to help union members and workers work enthusiastically and produce, contributing to building Hai Duong to become more and more developed and prosperous. With the motto "All union members and workers have Tet", he hoped that the Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province would continue to pay attention to the regime and policies for workers. Regularly organize meetings and dialogues to listen to and answer the thoughts and aspirations of workers. Trade unions at all levels need to do a good job of caring for and protecting the rights of union members and workers.
The Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor affirmed: "The working class is the core and pioneering force in the cause of national construction and development. Each union member and worker needs to voluntarily change their thinking and working style; continue to improve the quality and productivity of work to contribute to the development of agencies and enterprises."
According to the Provincial Federation of Labor, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year, trade unions at all levels in the province will coordinate with agencies, units and enterprises to give gifts to nearly 200,000 union members and workers in difficult circumstances and with low incomes, with a total amount of nearly 65 billion VND. Support 3,850 union members and workers to participate in the program "Online Trade Union Tet Market 2025" organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
At the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang" and "Tet Union Market 2025", the Provincial Labor Federation presented 500 gifts (each worth 1 million VND); presented 3,000 discount vouchers (each worth 100,000 VND); supported train and bus fares to return home for Tet for 500 union members and workers far from home (500,000 VND/person). In addition, the socialization of the organization of "Zero-VND stalls" provided many essential items for union members and workers in difficult circumstances.

Exciting "Union Tet Market 2025"
From January 11-12, the Provincial Federation of Labor organized the "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" at the Cultural House of the Provincial Federation of Labor (Hai Duong City). This year's market is the largest ever with 35 booths offering discounts from 15-45%. Of which, 15 booths were organized by the Provincial Federation of Labor in coordination with enterprises, cooperatives, and business owners. The rest are booths of trade unions at the grassroots level. In addition to product discounts, the Organizing Committee also presented 3,000 shopping vouchers (worth VND 100,000/voucher) to union members and workers with low incomes and difficult circumstances.
Nguyen Van Quyet, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, informed that this year's booths provide hundreds of essential items to serve the shopping needs of union members and workers. These products mainly come from famous enterprises, cooperatives, and business households in the province, helping people have the opportunity to buy goods and products with guaranteed quality, reasonable prices, incentives, savings, and convenience.
Ms. Bui Thi Khanh, Director of Khanh Tho Production, Trade and Service Company Limited (Hai Tan Ward, Hai Duong City) said that the company brought 12 products of various types to the "2025 Trade Union Tet Market". On the first day of opening, the company's booth sold 5,000 products. All products are sold at 12,500 VND/package, a 15% discount from the original price. Customers coming here are mainly workers in the highlands choosing products as gifts.
Receiving goods from the "0 VND" booth, Ms. Deo Thi Vui, a worker at Formostar Garment Company Limited (Hai Duong City) said that this is the second year she has participated in the "Union Tet Market". However, this year's market has more booths and products. As a worker from another province, her circumstances are difficult, so she received both a discount voucher and a "0 VND Booth" participation voucher.
"During Tet, there are many expenses to take care of, so today I received a gift of essential foods such as MSG, fish sauce, vermicelli, rice, cooking oil, clothes... which helps me save a lot of money. This shows the concern of the trade unions at all levels for workers during Tet holiday," Ms. Vui shared.
Within the framework of the program "Tet Sum Vay - Xuan Ung Dang" there were also many cultural activities, arts, folk games such as: "Singing for workers - Listening to workers sing", union dance, displaying the space of old Vietnamese Tet, free haircuts, tug of war, sack jumping... The activities attracted thousands of union members and workers to participate.
