Increased capital to build Ta Quang Buu apartment building by nearly 38 billion VND

The Provincial People's Council has decided to adjust the total investment capital of the project due to the increase in the price of materials and equipment at the time of preparing the construction drawing design and construction estimate compared to the time of preparing and approving the project investment policy. In addition, changes in the unit price of construction labor in the province have caused costs to increase, exceeding the total approved investment capital of the project.

The project implementation period is adjusted from 2023-2025 to 2024-2026. The project implementation capital is the provincial budget in the medium-term public investment plan for the 2021-2025 and 2026-2030 periods.

The Ta Quang Buu apartment building investment project is a high-rise social housing project to serve the relocation of households eligible for social housing policies currently living in old, degraded apartment buildings in Hai Duong City. After arranging for the above households with remaining apartments, the Hai Duong City People's Committee is responsible for reporting to the competent authority to arrange for other cases eligible for social housing policies according to regulations.

The project is built in Binh Han ward (Hai Duong city) on an area of ​​over 4,800 m². The investment scale is to build 2 apartment buildings, each building is 18 floors high with 390 apartments. In addition, some other technical infrastructure is also invested to serve the project's operations.
