Many damaged and degraded items on National Highway 5 through Hai Duong are being renovated and repaired by the Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Financial Investment Corporation.

Hai Duong reduces 13.75 billion VND in funding to support construction and repair of houses for poor households and meritorious people.

Hai Duong Provincial People's Council has approved a reduction of 185 households and 13.75 billion VND in support for building and repairing houses for families of people with revolutionary contributions, relatives of martyrs, poor households, and near-poor households.
Nam Sach completed the repair of temporary and dilapidated houses the earliest in the province.

By April 10, Nam Sach was the first district in Hai Duong to complete house repairs in the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses.
