Located in the Huaguoyuan Wetland Park area of Guiyang City, is a majestic 12-story white building known as the "Guiyang White House" because of its white paint that is reminiscent of the White House in the United States. The mansion is designed in European style, majestic like a palace. The elevator inside is made of rosewood. However, because it is always closed off and extremely quiet, and related information is limited, this place is also known as "the most mysterious mansion in China". Regardless of day or night, only guards are seen guarding this place, no one is seen coming or going.

There is not much information about the owner, condition or technical details of the mansion. Some say it is the residence of Xiao Chunhong, CEO of Guizhou Honglichen Group and the richest man in Guiyang, but this information has not been confirmed.

The grandeur of this mansion has also caused controversy. Some people believe that in a society where there is still a large gap between rich and poor, spending such a huge amount of money to build a private residence is a waste.

However, the actual name, “Guiyang White House,” is a new hotel called Guiyang Art Center Hotel, which is part of a well-known hotel group and will open this year. According to the group’s website, the hotel has 64 suites, two large lobbies, and amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurant, and bar.

It can be said that this new hotel has become one of the most iconic locations in the city, attracting tourists from all over China to come and admire it with their own eyes and take photos from afar.

"Over the top", "luxurious", "classy" are the words tourists and locals often use to describe this place. At night, the building is even more splendid under the lights.
