The first $2 million Pagani Utopia supercar was delivered to the customer

Utopia is the third supercar of the Pagani brand, after Zonda and Huayra. First introduced in September 2022 at the Teatro Lirico theater, Milan, the supercar was penned by the brand's founder, Mr. Horacio Pagani.

More specifically, only 99 coupe versions were produced, and all of them have been sold. After more than a year of waiting, the first owner was able to get his hands on this masterpiece. The car's name comes from a book by philosopher Thomas More, used to refer to an ideal land that humanity dreams of.

The first production Pagani Utopia appeared in Monaco.

The first Pagani Utopia has a unique dark blue color, combined with white exterior trim on the hood and body. Compared to the Huayra, the car has strong lines, inspired by the high-performance Huayra R race car.

Replacing the Huayra's gullwing doors are dihedral doors. The car rides on standard 9-spoke wheels measuring 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear, but the Utopia doesn't come with the aerodynamic spoilers that debuted on the launch version.

The interior of the car uses high-quality materials such as carbon fiber, Alcantara or details crafted with shiny aluminum alloy surfaces. The car is coordinated with two tones of beige and black, helping to highlight the details inspired by the 60s. More specifically, the familiar central screen has been removed on the Utopia.

The heart of the Pagani Utopia is a 6.0L twin-turbo V12 engine assembled by AMG, with a maximum capacity of 864 horsepower and a maximum torque of 1,100 Nm. Depending on the owner's choice, the Utopia can be equipped with a 7-speed automatic Xtrac manual transmission with helical gears, or a "pure" 7-speed manual transmission with a clutch pedal. However, Pagani did not announce the performance of this super product.

Currently, Pagani has only announced the design of the coupe version. It is very likely that in the near future, the Italian car company will introduce convertible and high-performance variants as it did with the Zonda R or Huayra R. The price of the Utopia has not been disclosed. According to some sources, the starting price of this car is up to 2.19 million USD.
