12 trains canceled to avoid super typhoon No. 3, Hanoi - Hai Phong route has 6 trips

The railway industry will cancel 12 trains from September 7-12 to ensure safety when storm No. 3 makes landfall. There will be 6 trains on the Hanoi - Hai Phong route alone.
Noi Bai Airport temporarily closed for 2 more hours to avoid super storm No. 3

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has decided to extend the suspension of receiving and operating aircraft at Noi Bai Airport by 2 hours, from 10:00 to 21:00 on September 7, instead of the old plan of 10:00 to 19:00.

Super typhoon No. 3 is level 16, gusting to level 17, 510 km from Quang Ninh

Storm No. 3 has strengthened to level 16, gusting over level 17, becoming a super storm in the East Sea; at the same time, it is the strongest storm in the world in 2024 up to this point.
