On the morning of May 18, Hai Duong Newspaper Fanpage livestreamed the "Conquering An Phu Peak" Cycling Race

The Organizing Committee of the 1st "Conquering An Phu Peak" Cycling Race in Kinh Mon Town in 2023 met and exchanged expertise before the race.

The tournament opened and took place from 7am to 11am on May 18. The starting point was from the urban area east of An Phu ward, the finish line was the yard of the special national relic An Phu, An Sinh ward. The race was 10km long. The closing ceremony and award ceremony were from 11am to 11:30am on the same day.

The tournament attracted about 150 athletes from more than 10 clubs in Kinh Mon town, inside and outside the province. The tournament aims to promote the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho", creating a healthy playground for cycling fans, especially to celebrate the traditional festival of Cao An Phu Temple in 2023.

This is the first time Kinh Mon town has organized a cycling race. Kinh Mon is also the first locality in the province to organize this sport.

Previously, on the afternoon of May 17, the Organizing Committee of the first "Conquering An Phu Peak" Cycling Race in Kinh Mon Town in 2023 met, discussed expertise, and discussed a number of organizational plans with representatives of participating clubs. Due to the hot weather at the time of the tournament, the Organizing Committee emphasized the need to arrange adequate medical staff and equipment to be ready for situations when athletes are exhausted. The closing time of some schools in An Sinh Ward coincided with the tournament, so the Youth Union was mobilized to set up fences for the racing team to pass through. The Organizing Committee also agreed on many other plans such as parking lots, providing water for participating teams, etc.

After the technical meeting, there was a parade along the track of representatives of the participating clubs.
