Standing Deputy Secretary of Thanh Ha District Party Committee was elected Chairman of the District People's Council

Comrade Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council attended.

At the meeting, comrade Pham Van Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of Thanh Ha District Party Committee, was elected to hold the position of Chairman of Thanh Ha District People's Council, term XX, 2021-2026. Comrade Le Minh Khoi, former Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the Thanh Ha District Fatherland Front Committee, was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of Thanh Ha District People's Council, term 2021-2026.

Previously, the Thanh Ha District People's Council dismissed comrade Trinh Van Thien, former Secretary of the Thanh Ha District Party Committee, from the position of Chairman of the Thanh Ha District People's Council for the 20th term of 2021-2026 due to a job transfer; and dismissed comrade Trinh Van Cuong from the position of Vice Chairman of the Thanh Ha District People's Council (same term). The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed to transfer comrade Cuong to work at the Provincial Inspectorate and hold the position of Deputy Chief Inspector of the province.

Comrade Pham Van Hung (born in 1972, in Thanh Quang commune, Thanh Ha), has a high level of political theory, and is a master of agricultural economics. Comrade Pham Van Hung has held many positions such as: Chief of Office of Thanh Ha District Party Committee, Secretary of Vinh Lap Commune Party Committee; Chairman of the District Fatherland Front Committee; Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the District People's Council; Head of the Propaganda Department, Director of the District Political Training Center, Head of the Legal Department of the District People's Council; Standing Deputy Secretary of Thanh Ha District Party Committee.

Comrade Le Minh Khoi (born in 1977, in Thanh Quang commune, Thanh Ha), has a high level of political theory, and a master's degree in economic management. Comrade Le Minh Khoi has held many positions such as: Deputy Chief of Office of Thanh Ha District Party Committee; Deputy Head of the District Party Committee's Organization Board; Secretary of Thanh Son Commune Party Committee; Member of the District Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Board, Chairman of the Thanh Ha District Fatherland Front Committee.
