Pham Duc Tuan, owner of the Tiktok account 'Tuan Khong My (Rescue)' was punished for comparing Le Tuan Khang as well as some people on social media with the leader.
On December 5, the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City informed about the coordination with the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention - Ho Chi Minh City Police to invite and administratively sanction Mr. Pham Duc Tuan - owner of the Tiktok account "Tuan khong can (rescue)" - formerly known as Tiktoker No O No.
Accordingly, Pham Duc Tuan recently used the Tiktok social network account "Tuan khong can (rescue)" to post video clips with the content "Between Hoang Mobi and Uncle Ho Chi Minh, who would you choose", "Between Le Tuan Khang and Uncle Ho Chi Minh, who would you choose" with images of President Ho Chi Minh attached.
After receiving information from the authorities, Pham Duc Tuan proactively removed the illegal video clips and proactively went to the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City to work.
Based on the above behavior, the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City decided to administratively sanction Pham Duc Tuan for providing information insulting famous people and national heroes that is not yet serious enough to warrant criminal prosecution according to the provisions of Decree No. 15/2020/ND-CP dated February 3, 2020 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the fields of post, telecommunications, radio frequencies, information technology and electronic transactions.
The total administrative fine is 30 million VND.
The Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City and the Department of Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention - Ho Chi Minh City Police have requested Mr. Pham Duc Tuan to select information and content provided on social networks to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
It is known that at the end of 2022, Pham Duc Tuan was administratively fined 7.5 million VND by the Department of Information and Communications of Ho Chi Minh City for violating the provision and sharing of information that is not in accordance with the nation's traditions and customs...
