In 2025, Hai Duong strives to increase the number of new enterprises by 10% compared to 2024.
This is one of 15 socio-economic development plan targets recently approved for implementation by the Provincial People's Committee.

In 2024, the province granted business registration certificates to 2,000 newly established enterprises, an increase of 6.2% compared to 2023, with a total registered capital of about 30,400 billion VND. In 2024, the province also had about 750 enterprises returning to operation, equal to 89.1% compared to 2023, 2,030 enterprises dissolved or stopped operating, an increase of 15.2%.
To date, the province has more than 21,000 enterprises with a total registered capital of over 240,000 billion VND.
