Mr. Phung Quang Hiep, born in 1977, PhD in Economics, is a basically trained officer and has held important positions in many grassroots units of the Vietnam Chemical Group.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang signed Decision No. 759/QD-TTg appointing Mr. Phung Quang Hiep, member of the Board of Members, General Director of Vietnam Chemical Group, to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Chemical Group.
