Late on September 8, the water level of Cau River rose, causing flooding in Quang Vinh ward, Thai Nguyen city.According to information from the Thai Nguyen Hydrometeorological Station, the water level at Gia Bay Hydrological Station at 00:00 on September 9 was 2,756cm, 56cm higher than alert level 3. To ensure the safety of residents, the Apartment Management Board cut off the electricity to the entire building, and together with the city's functional forces, Hoang Van Thu Ward supported the evacuation of 50 households to a safe place.National Highway 3 near Tan Long roundabout was deeply flooded this morning.
