Female student Kim Thanh, studying in the Czech Republic, won first prize in the "Green Summer Memories" Contest.

The "Green Summer Memories" contest is organized for union members, youth, Kim Thanh individuals at home and abroad, foreigners living and working in Kim Thanh, under 30 years old, regardless of class, ethnicity, or profession.

Groups and individuals submit entries in the form of 3-10 minute video clips sharing their feelings and thoughts about the summer vacation with meaningful and useful activities such as peaceful life in the countryside, images of close friends, the journey of reviewing for the 10th grade entrance exam, university entrance exam; the beauty of working, studying, volunteering in the summer...

After nearly 1 month of launching, 50 video clips were submitted to the contest. The organizing committee selected 12 excellent videos posted on the Tuoi Tre Kim Thanh Fanpage to judge and award prizes.

As a result, the English presentation video about summer memories by Do Huyen Dieu (from Phuc Thanh commune), currently living and studying in the Czech Republic, won first prize in the contest. The volunteer group “The Sowers of Books” won the summer reading inspiration award.

The organizers also awarded 3 second prizes, 4 third prizes and 3 consolation prizes to contestants with quality video performances.

This is the first time Kim Thanh District Youth Union has organized the “Green Summer Memories” Contest. The contest aims to promote creativity in the cultural and artistic fields of union members and young people.
