On the same morning, Ms. Le Thi Huong, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Quang Tri province, said that yesterday afternoon, September 18, the Provincial People's Committee met and decided to assign to localities, depending on the actual situation, to let students stay home from school to avoid storm No. 4.
On the afternoon of September 18, the Department of Education and Training of Quang Nam province also sent a document to the Department of Education and Training of districts, towns, cities, high schools, ethnic boarding schools, and continuing education centers to notify students to take a day off on September 19.
Quang Nam Department of Education and Training requires units to assign shifts and promptly report on storms, flash floods, damage and remedial measures to the Department of Education and Training for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
Previously, to ensure safety, at noon on September 18, the Da Nang Department of Education and Training decided to let all students in the area take a day off from the afternoon of September 18 to the end of September 19.
