The Traffic Safety Festival for students in the 2024-2025 school year not only promotes and equips knowledge about traffic safety but also spreads sharing with disadvantaged students.
On the morning of October 15, the National Traffic Safety Committee, the Traffic Safety Board of Hai Duong province coordinated with Ford Vietnam Company Limited and AIP Foundation to organize the Traffic Safety Festival of Hai Duong province at Tu Minh Secondary School (Hai Duong city).
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Trinh Thu Ha, Deputy Chief of Office of the National Traffic Safety Committee; Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang, Director of Ford Hai Duong Factory shared that the project "Propaganda and traffic safety education for students" launched and implemented by the National Traffic Safety Committee shows special concern for future generations.
The project not only educates, propagates, and equips students with knowledge about traffic safety, but also promotes humanity and shares difficulties with disabled students and students in difficult circumstances.
Building a culture of traffic participation for students helps children early form a sense of compliance with the provisions of the law in general and traffic safety in particular, contributing to reducing traffic accidents.
The students were educated by the Traffic Safety Committee of Hai Duong province on knowledge, skills, traffic culture, recognizing road signs, wearing helmets properly, etc. Through the exchange and Q&A session, the students discussed many issues related to traffic knowledge and culture.
At the program, the organizers awarded a total of 33 scholarships (each worth 3 million VND) and 10 bicycles to students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies.
