In Moscow, citing the above source, Mr. Medvedev wrote on Telegram that Russia's nuclear shield is a modern, reliable and effective arsenal, an effective tool to "quench the ambitions of those who want to start World War III". He stated: "We will not allow such a situation to happen". However, he stressed that in the event of an attack, Russia "can react immediately and extremely strongly".

According to Mr. Medvedev, Russia's science sector needs support in the context of sanctions. Russia will increase domestic production to replace imports. Large state corporations and private enterprises need to actively participate in this process. Mr. Medvedev stated that Russia is ready for scientific and technical cooperation with countries that have friendly relations with Russia.

After Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine, Western countries imposed a series of sanctions on Russia. Some analysts believe that the current tense situation could lead to World War III. However, public opinion hopes that the parties involved can resolve the current tension through negotiations and dialogue.
