Tam said that the above goods were bought by Tam from the market, and that Tam would resell them to anyone who wanted to buy them. The solution contained in the cans was used to fill e-cigarettes.

The results of the examination of the liquid in the plastic cans and the e-cigarette tools found no drug ingredients. The valuation results determined that the 363 e-cigarette tools were worth more than 36 million VND.
