All of the above facilities accept outpatient examination and treatment, 27 facilities accept both outpatient and inpatient examination and treatment, including provincial hospitals, medical centers of districts, towns and cities.

Hai Duong city has the most facilities eligible to receive initial health insurance examination and treatment registration with 36 facilities; the district with the least is Binh Giang, with 15 facilities.
