What is the current level of emulation title bonus?

Reply: Article 68 of Decree No. 91/2017/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation stipulates the principles for calculating bonuses as follows:

1. Bonuses for awarded collectives and individuals are calculated based on the basic salary level prescribed by the Government in effect at the time of issuance of the decision to recognize emulation titles, State honorary titles or commendation decisions.

2. Bonus after being multiplied by the basic salary coefficient is rounded up to tens of thousands of Vietnamese Dong.

Article 69 of Decree No. 91/2017/ND-CP detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation stipulates the level of emulation title bonuses as follows:

1. For individuals:

a) The title "National Emulation Fighter" is awarded a certificate, badge and a bonus of 4.5 times the basic salary;

b) Emulation fighters at the ministerial, department, branch, provincial and central mass organization levels are awarded certificates, badges and are rewarded 3.0 times the basic salary;

c) The title "Emulation fighter at the grassroots level" is awarded a certificate and a bonus of 1.0 times the basic salary;

d) The title "Advanced Worker" and "Advanced Soldier" are awarded 0.3 times the basic salary.

2. For groups:

a) The title "Excellent Labor Collective" and "Victorious Unit" will be awarded a Certificate of Recognition and a bonus of 1.5 times the basic salary;

b) The title of "Advanced Labor Collective" and "Advanced Unit" is awarded 0.8 times the basic salary;

c) The titles of "Cultural Village", "Cultural Village", "Cultural Hamlet", "Cultural Village", "Cultural Residential Group" are awarded a Certificate of Recognition and a bonus of 1.5 times the basic salary;

d) The title "Government Emulation Flag" is awarded a flag and a bonus of 12.0 times the basic salary;

d) The Emulation Flag title at the ministerial, department, branch, provincial and central mass organizations level is awarded a flag and a bonus of 8.0 times the basic salary.

Thus, the current emulation title bonus level is implemented according to the above regulations.
