Vu Van Doanh in Binh Giang district (Hai Duong) was just released from prison in March 2023 and was arrested again for buying, selling, and organizing illegal drug use.
Business at the police station
On August 7, the Investigation Police Agency of Binh Giang District Police decided to prosecute the accused Vu Van Doanh (born in 1986, in My Cau village, Tan Hong commune, Binh Giang) for the crimes of organizing the illegal use and trafficking of drugs.
At around 2:00 p.m. on August 2, the Economic Crime Investigation Police Team - Drugs of Binh Giang District Police coordinated with Tan Hong Commune Police to inspect room 103 at Thao Nguyen Motel in My Cau Village (Tan Hong Commune). The police force discovered that Doanh was providing methamphetamine (also known as crystal meth), drug paraphernalia and inviting PTHH (born in 1993, residing in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi) to smoke with him. Doanh also hid 14 plastic bags containing a total of 2.565 grams of methamphetamine to sell for profit.
Doanh has a drug conviction and was released from prison in March 2023.
